Notice hereby given that the Pokegama Township Board of Supervisors is accepting sealed proposals for the purchase of township owned real property identified as Parcel ID (PID) #28.0860.01, 0.71 acres non-riparian lake lot. The minimum acceptable bid is $30,000.

Interested parties may contact Administrative Clerk Christy Belsheim to obtain a Request for Proposal.

All proposals must be submitted to the Township Clerk no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday November 12, 2026.

Proposals will be opened at the November 12, 2026, Regular Board Meeting of the Pokegama Township Board of Supervisors.

POINT OF SALE CERTIFICATE

TOWNSHIP SEWER COMMITTEE MEMBER NEEDED

The township is seeking a resident interested in serving on the sewer committee. Committee members review related matters, provide recommendations to the town board, and support long range planning for the townships wastewater system. Applicants must be connected to and receiving service from the township’s sewer system. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the months of March, June, September, December or when needed. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply by clicking on the form of interest, filling it out and submitting it to the township by August 31, 2026
